Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

Today the 3 year old, Pre-K, and Kindergarten classes at the pre-school went on a walking field trip to a pumpkin patch at the church next door to their school.  I got to walk with her class and was so happy to attend.

Each student got to pick a small pumpkin to bring home with them.  It was funny to watch them try to pick one out. Most took their time and examined several before making the final selection.

They also got to observe all the different kinds of pumpkins.  There were every shape, size, and shade!

Handley also choose a pumpkin for Harper and Harper was so excited to get it this afternoon at pick-up!  She held it the entire ride and found a special place for it on our table when we got home.

These two are in for a treat because this weekend we will make our annual trip to the big pumpkin patch and we can't wait!
