Impromptu Dinner

We had a very busy day and started out first thing this morning.  After Handley's gymnastics class we met up with Robby for lunch.  When I asked Handley where she wanted to meet him she said, "Costco!"  I just laughed because it's funny to me that she thinks that is a restaurant and would pick that, but I can't blame her.  She loves it because she gets ice cream and we love it because the pizza is really good and everything is really cheap.  After lunch and a little shopping we came home for nap/rest time.

This afternoon we made a quick stop to see our friends Avery, Dylan, and Tiara.  We haven't seen them in over a week (which is a very long time for us) so Handley and Harper were just beside themselves and did not want to leave.  Then we came home to play outside and happen to run into some other great friends/neighbors, Carrie, Mark and Annabelle.  In the past few months Handley and Harper have really taken to Carrie and Mark.  Harper wants them to pick her up every time we see them and last week she was pointing to a picture of them and saying each of their names.  We ended up having an impromptu dinner out with them.  We had so much fun chatting with them and the 3 girls had a ball.  We might just have to make it a regular Friday night thing every few weeks.
