the fact that Handley loves Sydney as much as we do. It's always interesting to me to think about the relationship they have with one another. The only way Handley knows how to treat and care for Sydney is from seeing the way we treat her. Sydney was our first baby and although she doesn't get as much time and attention as she used to, we love her very much. One of Handley's favorite things to do is to join Sydney on her bed (either in the living room or up in our bedroom.) I'll happen to look over and see them sprawled out together. It's so cute and Sydney tolerates a lot. Handley often uses her as a pillow, but is always there to give her "nice pets," lots of hugs, and even some open mouth kisses. Tonight they were both relaxing together, so I decided to snap a few sweet pictures.
Sydney was getting tired of Handley taking all of the pillow (yes, Sydney has her own pillow that she lays her head on). Her attack is always to lick Handley. The picture below looks like Handley is screaming, but she is actually laughing hysterically. :-)

this is so sweet. sydney is such a wonderful dog...she makes me want to go out and get a dog for the boys but there is no guarantee he/she would be as sweet spirited as yours!
