Touch-a-Truck

We've had a whirlwind of a few weeks.  I knew starting back to school would be a busy time and it has proven to be just that.  Between homework, projects, sports and extra curricular activities, it leaves us very little time for anything else.

On top of all of that, we have also been busy packing up and moving out of our lake house.  It's bitter sweet for us to say goodbye to a house that has been SO much fun for our family and friends over the past 8 years, but it's time for us to close that chapter and move on to more fun adventures.  Yesterday while we were moving out, Gigi offered to keep the kids.  They had WAY more fun than us and went to the Touch-a-Truck event at a park in Alpharetta.  Think about any kind of truck or vehicle and it was there - pink limousine, fire truck, ambulance, helicopter - you name it and it was there.

I loved seeing the pictures from their fun day and hearing all about it.  They begged me to see when the event might be happening again so they could go experience the fun another time.
