This picture might not be meaningful to anyone but me, but I am SO happy and excited to share it. Handley LOVED this swing when she was little. It was a sure fire way to get her to sleep (especially in the evenings, a time when almost all babies I know are the fussiest). Until this week Harper has not been happy in the swing or bouncy seat. She still isn't a fan of the bouncy seat but for 3 days in a row now she has fallen asleep in the swing during that evening fussy time and I can't tell you how happy it makes me!!!

I try to do tummy time with Harper at least twice a day. She doesn't really seem to mind it too much and has the strongest little neck.
The last thing I'm really excited about tonight is that both girls took a bath together. :-) I've been bathing them separately and when Robby is home and able to help that isn't a big deal. However, when he is out of town or working late I was feeling like the bath/bedtime routine was a marathon and one of the hardest parts of the day. Last night I decided to try doing one combined bath and it worked great. Handley doesn't have a ton of room to play, but she doesn't mind because she is so excited to have Harper there beside her.

Reese had that same swing and LOVED it. I finally had to break the habit of putting her in it I used it so much. I don't know what I will do if #2 doesn't like the swing! It was a life saver.
Awwww, what fun they are having together! Sweet, sweet girls.
Oh, the swing...I wouldn't have known what to do with out mine. Colby used it up to 15 months! He took all of his naps in it or if he awoke in the night, that would always calm him back to sleep. Glad Harper has taken to it!
So sweet! I am sure that will make things easier at bath time and it is fun! :) Love her big smile!
The Papasan saved our lives many, many times. Love Handley's big smile in the last pictures!
Cayden didn't like the swing either but Emresen seems to be liking it a little better....very thankful for that :)
Yay!! Success!!! That is so exciting!
Ahhh, the 'witching hour'...that is what Jimmy and I have dubbed the cranky evening time :-)
